This isn’t quite accurate - cargo ships don’t sail empty. Instead, carriers park ships and reduce capacity. Like a bus line running less frequently and skipping stops.

MISSING IN TORONTO: Nathan
The 37 year old was last seen in the area of Jane & Sheppard, Friday around 7pm.
Police say Nathan has Down Syndrome.

Current process = buyers can’t see competing offers and also don’t know why an offer was rejected (sellers don’t always sell to highest offer)

@leoerli Better solution is to invest in more robust contact tracing + workplace closures with wage backstop funded by province. Limited contact tracing = limited ability to trace source of outbreaks.

What would you have him choose instead? Closure of their places of work? Who then will pay for the food on their table and their rent? Because I don't see Ottawa cutting cheques.

PMO now says Trudeau misspoke when he said 20 M AstraZeneca were promised by end of June. PMO says the 20 M AZ doses will arrive between approval and the end of September, with delivery scheduled confirmed once vaccine is approved.
