Perhaps Diyashi can send the bank payment reference no and date of payment. it’s just the way India operates . They really do need to get their act together.

Cancelled my Indigo flight last November 2. 11 calls ( each for an hour waiting and chatting ) and 3 emails later I am no further advances in receiving the refund 4 months on. *⚠️ Important – Coastal Work at Cuffe Parade* Residents are informed that stones are being dumped along the sea behind Bayview Marina Garden, Cuffe Parade, near Machhimar Nagar 5, in the name of soil/sea erosion protection. Such stone bunds may gradually create reclaimable land, which can lead to future encroachments or expansion of slums along the coastline. Cuffe Parade Residents’ Association (CPRA) has already written to the concerned authorities requesting that tetrapods be installed instead of loose stones, as tetrapods prevent erosion and also prevent construction of huts. We strongly condemn the irresponsible and absurd statement made by Parinay Fuke in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, suggesting that community animals be thrown into forests as prey for wild animals. His further unparliamentary remark that Maneka Gandhi should be “left in the forest” is reprehensible and deeply disrespectful. Mr. Fuke appears unaware that the Forest Act prohibits the entry of domestic animals into protected forest areas. Such an action would not only be illegal but could cause ecological imbalance, spread infectious diseases, and endanger both wildlife and public health. Urban diseases may spread to forests and forest pathogens to cities, potentially triggering serious epidemics. Ill-informed statements in a legislative forum reflect poorly on the responsibility and scientific temperament expected from elected representatives. His comments about Smt. Maneka Gandhi are particularly unfortunate. She is one of India’s most senior parliamentarians, a former Union Minister under Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Narendra Modi, a renowned author and columnist, and an internationally respected environmentalist and animal rights advocate. Her lifelong service to women, children, widows, soldiers, persons with disabilities, and voiceless animals has earned her numerous honors, including this year’s Mother Teresa Award. To insult a leader revered for her courage and compassion reflects a lack of dignity. We demand that Mr. Parinay Fuke immediately withdraw his remarks and issue a public apology to the Honorable Maneka Gandhi.
