Hi @O2, I have recycled my Samsung S10 with O2 Recycle, I sent this on 31st Dec and this has been delivered on 4th Jan. I am still waiting for an email from you regarding the payment. I've emailed 4 times asking for information about the order but not had and reply. #O2recycle

@O2 two times I have dealt with #O2recycle and both times terrible service. They Receive immaculate phone, as confirmed by O2 shop staff, both times email sent saying phone damaged and dropping quote by over £100 pounds. Sounds like a scam.
