Our 4G network was restored earlier this morning. Our technical teams will continue to monitor service performance closely and we're starting the full review to understand what happened. We are really sorry for the issues yesterday.

@O2 Everyone demanding compensation 🤣 The first time the network has failed in the 6 years of me being @O2 It’s technology, it can fail.Yes it’s an inconvenience. However their technicians did a damn good job in getting the problem resolved so quickly. Well done to all involved👏🏻

@O2 Ignore the idiots on here asking for compensation, yes it was annoying the service being down, however since joining o2 this is the 1st time it happened. I’m just great full that the team managed to get everyone’s service back up and running!
