@O2 so many times when I’m trying to make a call from USA to UK on my phone it just instantly goes to “call failed”. Tried rebooting phone etc. It happened on my last holiday to USA aswell, extremely frustrating

@hardyrj Hello Ryan and thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear this keeps happening, when you're in the USA. Do you have any signal when this is happening and are you connecting to the same network each time that this happens?

@O2 I do have signal when this keeps happening. Tbh I haven’t checked or made note of whether this is on the same network or different networks when it happens but I can say it has happened in different cities over the last year or so
