@O2 your customer service has been absolutely awful. I made a £200+ payment via your app to pay off my watch, and you allocated it to my airtime bill. I was on the phone to your rude team being passed around for over 40minutes, to be told they couldn’t reallocate my payment.

And they told me to file a chargeback with my bank that could take up to 180 days!! You make it intentionally impossible to leave. I am livid.
