@futurecityblog why no acknowledgement or response? Blocking the person who is speaking out about endemic racism in your company won’t make it better. You need to do better, apologise, repair the damage - not hide behind vague statements of solidarity!

It’s interesting to see Futurecity @futurecityblog publicly displaying their solidarity with Black Lives Matter. As a person of colour (of Caribbean and Indian heritage) and previous employee I did not feel that solidarity whilst at the company...

A back-and-forth with @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam culminating in this, while the mum we are supporting is expected to fork out over £200 to maintain her internet access. We want is a 3-way call between one of our members, Sky, and the person we're supporting. Why can't we do this?
