@HostenTony @Michael55398329 @VirginMediaIE Lady I have been in contact with since yesterday is complaints department. I had lodged a complaint on 28/11. They got in touch re complaint on 13/12. The cancellation may be just coincidence. Deplorable way to treat customers. Hopefully you get sorted asap.

@Michael55398329 @HostenTony @VirginMediaIE 19 days without service. No sign of a resolution, so yesterday I cancelled TV (on grounds they hadn't provided service). Low and behold, email received by lunchtime to say they were looking into it and issue fixed by yesterday evening. Only took 19 days and a cancellation

@HostenTony @VirginMediaIE Hi Tony- sorry to be the bearer of bad news -some people have been without TV for 2 weeks (me) and others 3 weeks. We are just left totally at VMs mercy and no recourse. The problem is obviously the new TV box. I cannot believe they installed it while aware of a problem with it

@VirginMediaIE Day 7 now without TV from the upgraded package. I can live with technical mishaps etc. but it’s the complete lack of problem ownership and information that is so frustrating. I feel completely helpless and forgotten.

@Emily_Taylor89 @VirginMediaIE Same story here. "Upgrade" they called it! Went from a service of BB, TV & phone that I was happy with to fibre BB, no TV, no phone. Terrible customer service. 30-40 min waits and no callback or follow up.

@VirginMediaIE I’ve been without my tv service since 24th November since having Apollo minibox installed (never worked). Have called your tech team 5 times since & still no resolution. How can I escalate/ get a resolution?
