As you can see in the video…Alex doesn’t brandish his firearm even one time. It is taken from him while he is on the ground, then he is pistol whipped and kicked multiple times before then being shot in the back like a dog after he is forcefully disarmed. AT NO POINT DID ALEX POSE A THREAT WITH HIS FIREARM TO ANY OF THE ICE AGENTS.

This was CLEAR CUT, INDEFENSIBLE MURDER of an UNARMED American citizen, and fellow government employee, an ICU NURSE at a local VA Hospital, for crying out loud! He was protesting ICE while videoing them with his phone, and protecting a female observer that was being harassed by them. It is NOT ILLEGAL to record law enforcement in this country, and that is NOT “impeding” anything. I have reviewed this footage countless times. Alex was a registered gun owner and just like anyone, had a gun on him for his protection. Again, that was his RIGHT under the 2nd Amendment. He did NOT try to use said firearm against ICE, but supposedly the gun went off when an agent tried to take it from his waist, so they SHOT HIM because of it. Alex was CLEARLY UNARMED FORCEFULLY BEFORE being shot AND, then had his hands behind his back as an ICE officer put a gun to his back while he was on his knees, as the video evidence shows. This is NOT even debatable, it is ALL ON VIDEO. COLD. BLOODED. MURDER.

ICE agents kept him safe and even fed him. Maybe dad should have self deported and tried the legal process of becoming a citizen,huh?

The 5 year old boy’s family, and many, entered at a legal entry point and claimed refugee status, or the like, and were allowed entry, while they waited for the process to be completed. If they all entered illegally, why do they have claims in court?
