I also had a good interaction with their support team during the crash. (Which makes it very confusing) Don’t know what happened all of a sudden. They banned me from the general chat as well. Just very confused! Just want people to be careful so they don’t get burned. If it happened to me, it could happen to any of us

Interesting…. That’s unfortunate. I haven’t had an issue and found their support good to work with through the database crash. A friend of mine actually worked with them to build a calculator for the app and they worked with him. but always go into these things eyes wide open and never invest more than you are willing to lose! I will keep your experience in mind!
