My employer officially approved my move to Florida. They benefit by eliminating the employer-paid payroll taxes that are Minnesota specific. I benefit by keeping more of my income due to no state income tax in FL. My husband benefits by being able to start a business in a state that actually wants small businesses to exist and thrive.
