@NackHabitat Mine never got this complicated, but it's how I protected and supported some internal threads in some parts. Sometimes solid objects are easier to remove than a slicer support pattern

Showing off a design tactic I learned recently, where you design your supports in CAD instead of in the slicer. Of course not a replacement for all supports but works perfect for this part. Barely adds print time, breaks away super clean, provides more stability as it prints!

I spend so much time staring at my screen trying to wrap my head around what’s going on I lose years of whatever advantage I’d gain by using the keyboard more.
I’m good on a command line, vim, all that, but I spend more time in VSCode and other GUI tools/wms these days

A common Programmer brag is being extremely adept at keyboard shortcuts. Tiling WMs, TUIs, Vim keybindings everywhere, etc... But is it actually faster? Apple spent $50 million on R&D in 1989 to prove otherwise:
