In just a little over three years since stepping away from the fire service our family is making a multi-million dollar investment in our downtown by building a new building to house our bakery. So much for retirement!!!

Hard to believe it is my 3rd anniversary from my fire service retirement. Crazy how fast life changes!!! I never thought I would be so separated from the fire service so quickly. Guess God had other plans for me!! Bring on the pies!!!

Train & prepare for the possible - earlier today while with the #FDNY foam coordinator discussing the capabilities of the Super Pumper - a 10-86 (request for foam) was transmitted in the Bronx requiring his response. This rig, once in service will carry 1,000 gallons of foam.
