@HSBC_IN I registered the complaint. But when you call it concierge. It should be available first thing and useful. Not just telling the vehicle not available and adding it in terms and conditions to fool customers.

Sharing my experience with Wakefit so others are aware. Ordered “Queen size” bedsheets, received 72×60 instead of expected 78×60. Charged ₹219 per item for return. Escalated via calls, emails, Twitter & NCH — replacement given but charges not refunded. #Beware@SupportWakefit

Everyone be careful while buying wakefit products, for a simple thing like bedsheet..if you accidentally order the wrong size they'll loot you ₹219 per sheet...and when you contact customer care..they say you should have ordered the size..lol @SupportWakefit @WakefitCo
