MEDFORD, OR Last month, Jonathan Kinsella was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for felon in possession of a firearm. In 2023, Kinsella and two co-conspirators planned and executed the burglary of an elderly victim. They took over $100,000 in cash, $180,000 in gold coins, and 5 firearms. Kinsella, a convicted felon, is prohibited from possessing firearms. During a search warrant, police located 4 firearms at his residence. ⬇️ @USAO_OR @JCSheriffOR

The @ATFHQ, @USAO_AK, and the Anchorage Police Department worked together to ensure a repeat domestic violence offender was held accountable. In 2023, Anchorage PD contacted a female victim who narrowly escaped a domestic violence assault. She reported that Kyle Reynolds strangled her, slashed her tires, and threatened her with a pistol. Yesterday, Reynolds was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for using a prohibited firearm during a crime of domestic violence.

SPOKANE, WA After being convicted of selling large quantities of methamphetamine in 2015, Gregory Wilson assured the Court he was a changed man - he just wanted to be with his elderly parents and minor child. In 2025, Wilson was indicted after a lengthy investigation revealed he had never ceased his drug trafficking activities. Last week, he was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison.

An ATF Certified Fire Investigator and Special Agents responded to Island Park, Idaho, where a fire occurred at the City Hall building. ATF is working with the Fremont County Sheriff's Office and the Idaho State Fire Marshal's Office. @ATFHQ is the lead investigating agency.

Moses Lake PD's Street Crimes Unit had a successful 2025, with 83 arrests & 19 federal indictments. They cited partnership with @ATFHQ as a key component in elevating the team's operation, allowing detectives to focus on larger drug trafficking, gang-related & firearms cases.

Last week, Thompson was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison for unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. @WDWAnews

In 2024, Terron Thompson Jr. ran from @RentonpdWA as they attempted to arrest him on an outstanding felony warrant. As he fled down a ravine, Thompson, a convicted felon, threw a loaded firearm. ⬇️

Earlier this week, Sarah George was arrested after she allegedly stole and then drove an ambulance into a building in Meridian, Idaho. The criminal complaint alleges she dumped gasoline in the ambulance & building intending to light a fire. George faces up to 40 years in prison.
