I remember the Henry, Illinois tornado on February 8th, 2024. Best looking tornado ever.

Lots of tree damage from this past weekend’s ice storm along I-75 between Roscommon and Gaylord. Hard to tell what’s new damage and what is still left over from last year’s major ice storm.

Ok, so we have a (*new!*) new potential record for largest IL hailstone found on 3/10/2026. Thank you to the Dorris family for letting us measure! I expect this to be the new IL record, but it will not be final until the SCEC meets to vote.

WOW, this is the path of the satellite tornado that occurred alongside the Aroma Park, Illinois EF3. Did anyone see this??

I made this 3D slice thing from @EdgarONealWX 's video via Reed Timmer of the Greenfield Tornado showing the location of tornado at that time, the approximate location of a subvortex and a torn apart wind turbine! I'm probably going to make more of these!

@TornadoCoaching A messy squally chase on May 21, 2024. My first proper chase of a supercell on April 2, 2025 was very fun! Nothing crazy tho. But I got right under it which is a rookie mistake lol.

Anchor Bay EF3 - 155 (maybe 160) MPH. From some photos of which I can't locate, it appears that it was definitely higher in intensity, around 170-175 max. There's 1964 aerial imagery of the path from a few months later but I couldn't use it due to it being months later.
