@AXA_Ireland I sold my car and I called AXA insurance to cancel my policy and tried to bring my disc to local branch and not nice guy on the phone says that this is not possible sort by phone...So I have to sold my car and somebody else drove car on my insurance.

@Gino66667576 The customer support team will be able to advise if you can cancel the policy over the phone depending on your policy details and if you are the main policy holder, and any other action you might need to take like calling into the branch or putting something in the post. [2 of3]

@AXA_Ireland on hold now 30mins. Fill in the webpage for van insurance. Took 15 mins. Got to the end and told to call them. Was the 2nd in line 25 mins ago!!! Don’t know if I should stay holding😳

@AXA_Ireland I sell vehicle and call AXA insurance twice to cancel policy with immediately effect, but not ice guy telling me that is not possible and that I need to go to local branch. I have to drive 60 Km one way to cancel policy.Is this normal?

@AXA_Ireland how come your van department doesn't work on Saturday yet your website says they do. (9am - 4pm on Saturday) Pointless having a policy with you if I can't talk to anyone until Monday. Don't bother sending a renewal notice, poor service doesn't get my money again.

Guess what: The @AXA_Ireland complaints/customer care hotline is so busy that it is only able to offer a voicemail service with a promise to call back but the staff seem so overworked that they don’t even seem to have the time to do that. Insurance is a tough old game

@AXA_Ireland Your customer service is an utter disgrace. Three weeks with a routine claim for a claims-free customer of 20 years standing and still waiting for some level of clarity. All we're hearing are lies and excuses with zero accountability. An utter shambles.
