आरएसएस सैद्धांतिक तौर पे शूद्र या अछूत कही जाने वाली जातियों को द्विज जातियों द्वारा उचित सम्मान नहीं मिलने को ही ऐतिहासिक तौर पे हिन्दू जाति के पराजय का मुख्य कारण मानता है। धार्मिक दृष्टिकोण से आरएसएस नास्तिक संगठन है , गीता , कुरान हो या बाइबल सब उसके लिए स्याही से लिखे हुए विचार हैं। जीवन-मूल्यों के लिए वह पश्चिम सभ्यता कि तरफ देखता है। सावरकर जब अपने वैचारिकी में गाय को अति-महत्वपूर्ण नहीं मानने का तर्क रखते हैं , उसके पीछे का दृष्टि भाव यहीं से आता है। यहीं दृष्टि भाव संघ के दैनिक क्रिया कलाप मे भी दिखता है। बावजूद इसके कि संघ हिन्दू जीवन मूल्यों के पैकेजिंग में अपने तमाम उत्पाद बेचता है , क्योंकि उसे लगता है संघठन के लिए भावनात्मक जुड़ाव जरूरी है। वह अपने कार्यपद्धति में हिन्दू विचार-मूल्यों को आउट्डैटिड मानता है और यह उसकी समझ है कि इसके रास्ते चलकर विजेता जाति के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित नहीं हुआ जा सकता। 2024 के चुनाव में राजपूतों द्वारा टिकट वितरण के लिए किए गए विवाद के बाद बाकी सवर्ण जातियों के ध्यान में भी उसका यह पक्ष आने लगा है , वरना उसके पहले सवर्ण जातियों के लिए यह हिन्दू एकता के लिए किए गए त्याग का कदम लगता था। UGC के कदम ने जो कुछ ढँका-छुपा था उसे एकदम से नंगा कर दिया। पर इस रास्ते में जिस तरह से संघ रैडिकल अम्बेडकराईटेस को सवर्ण जातियों और देवी-देवताओं को गाली देने के लिए बिल्कुल फ्री हैंड दिए हुए है , देखते हैं उसकी प्रतिक्रिया में सवर्ण टोटल सरेंडर कर देते हैं या मुखर होते हैं और आगे जब दलित जातियाँ ओबीसी नेताओं से सत्ता के लिए टकराती हैं तब सामाजिक बदलाव किस दिशा मे आगे बढ़ता है।
