Hitting a wall of fatigue today. The crash from Monday’s adventure has peaked so hopefully will pass soon Happy tho. On Monday I stood for over an hour & had an hour sat at a table eating dinner with friends. Using the tools & techniques we’ve been building for years.

Quite a striking stat, only 1% of advertising in the UK is led by someone with disability. Despite the fact that roughly one-in-five people in the UK have some form of disability. #TechSharePro22

Last, but actually first on the team, was @arhayward. He started all this. He always brought a different perspective to everything we did and helped make us better. He is responsible for the image description reminder on the web. Just a great, accessibility-forward web engineer.
