Figure of 20,000 is very arbitrary as Tralee has less tourism beds than Killarney. There should be special allowance for tourism towns such as Ennis, Tralee, Sligo and Kilkenny. A self-catering business is in place for 7 or more years the Grandfather rule should 🧵
