I know a real estate agent that got 2 million views on Instagram posting AI-generated property videos. $0 spent on videographers. $0 spent on editors. Here are 4 AI video formats agents are using to go viral on social media: 1. Room renovation animations (before-to-after transformations that build themselves) 2. Listing photo walkthroughs — cinematic videos with music, voiceover, and captions 3. Day-to-night property transitions 4. Home construction timelapses (new builds assembling from the ground up) Most agents are still posting the same 10 listing photos. You need to build video hooks that actually stop the scroll of your buyers/sellers. I put together a free PDF with the exact prompts for all 4 along with full tutorial videos. Comment "CALICO" and I'll send you everything (must be following so I can dm you!).

Motion graphics were always the hardest part of making videos for me. Hours in After Effects for 10 seconds of movement. Now I can do them 10x faster without touching a timeline or writing a single line of code. @Remotion released a skill that lets Claude Code create videos programmatically. I spent 5 hours building with it so I could show you exactly how it works. What's in the guide: - Installing the Remotion skill (takes 2 minutes) - Creating your first video scene by scene - Auto-editing long videos into clips - Adding animated captions and subtitles - Reframing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts - Stacking multiple skills into a mini production studio This is for content creators, marketers and GTM engineers who want to create more videos, better and faster, without learning video editing software or code. I recorded the full walkthrough. Every step. 👇 Comment "GUIDE" and I'll DM you the repo with all of the skills installed + getting started guide. (Make sure we're connected so I can DM you)

350K impressions from one article. About how I fired my SEO agency. Built the replacement in a weekend. $75/month. Full scripts included. We were paying $1,500/month for keyword research and backlink reports. Ask Monday, get Friday. Monthly insights for a channel that moves weekly. Last year, a competitor outranked us on a keyword we owned. By the time the agency told us, they'd had the top spot for 3 weeks. $18,000/year for latency. So I built my own stack. 20 hours. $75/month. The tools: • Keywords Everywhere ($10/mo) — 15 seeds → 300 keywords, 2 minutes • DataforSEO ($30/mo) — competitor backlink alerts within 7 days • GSC monitoring (free) — winners and losers in Slack every Monday • Serper + Claude — full content brief in 2 minutes • Backlink outreach automation — 50 pitches/week, 4% link rate Annual savings: $17,100. But the real win isn't cost. It's speed. Old world: ask for data, wait 5 days. New world: 9 AM Monday, it's in Slack. The article has every script ready to copy. API setup. Cron schedules. Exact prompts. Comment "SEO" and I'll DM you the full playbook. (Follow me first so I can send it)

I built a local business review page that got cited by 3 different AI models in 10 days. No domain authority. No backlinks. No social following. Here's exactly how: Most people think AI only cites content from: - Major review platforms like Yelp - High-authority news sites - Established industry publications Wrong. AI cites any page with structured review data, proper schema markup, and recent publication dates. The strategy: 1. Register a niche domain Something like "[City][Industry]Reviews.com" or "[City]HomeServicesGuide.com" Cost: $12/year for the domain $5/month for hosting 2. Create 15-20 business review pages Each page: business name, address, phone, services offered, price range, pros, cons, star rating, 200+ word review. 3. Add proper review schema markup to every page JSON-LD ReviewSchema. This is what makes AI models recognize your site as a legitimate review source. 4. Include a main comparison page A table comparing all businesses with sortable columns. This is the page AI will cite most. 5. Update every business listing monthly Change the "last verified" date. Add new review snippets. AI models prioritize fresh content. Why this works: AI models don't check if a review site is "official." They check for structured data, schema markup, and recent updates. A $17/month niche review site looks the same as Yelp to an AI model. The takeaway: Building your own review site for $17/month gives you an owned asset that feeds local business recommendations to AI models indefinitely. I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors mapped, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked on autopilot. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If you're paying $200/month for Ahrefs & SEMRush, opening it once to export a CSV, then closing it until next month... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data → Finds your "gap zone" — keywords at positions 5–20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and exactly why they're winning → Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning → Writes content in your voice — not generic AI output that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle No $200/month tools you barely open. No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else. No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it. What you get: → Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity → A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword → A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data → A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. Full playbook is on GitHub — skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "SEO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I run a $110K/month agency with 6 AI employees. They have names. Personalities. Jobs. One writes content. One monitors infrastructure. One runs campaigns. Here's the full setup: Most people use AI like a search engine. I use it like a staff. The difference: context files that make each AI know its job, its boundaries, and me. USER.md — Who You Are Teaches AI everything about you: → Name, location, timezone → Your business and goals → Working patterns and communication style The AI can't serve you if it doesn't know you. SOUL.md — Personality & Principles The AI's operating system: → Core truths ("Be resourceful before asking") → Communication style and banned phrases → Boundaries and business context This turns a generic assistant into YOUR assistant. IDENTITY.md — Who the AI Is Give it an identity: → Name (mine is Jarvis) → Role (chief of staff, content writer, etc.) → Vibe and operating principle An AI with identity has consistency. AGENTS.md — The Operating Manual The longest and most important file: → Startup routine (what to read first) → Memory system (where to log, what to remember) → Safety rules and learned mistakes MEMORY.md — Long-Term Memory Persists across sessions: → Discovered preferences → Business learnings → Key decisions made Without this, you restart from zero every conversation. TOOLS.md — Integration Notes Your AI's reference manual: → API endpoints and workflows → Team contacts → What works and what breaks Skills — Specialized Instructions Auto-trigger based on keywords: → Content generation → Sales follow-ups → Lead enrichment → Customer onboarding The Agent Squad I don't have one AI. I have six: → Jarvis — Chief of Staff → Loki — Content (8am + 3pm daily) → Ivan — Infrastructure (20K email accounts) → Hades — GTM campaigns → Scrapy — Data extraction → Trigify — LinkedIn scraping Each has its own context, memory, and job. How They Work 8am — Loki writes 5 tweet drafts 9am — Posts to Slack 10am — I approve 2. Done. No prompting. It runs on a schedule. Safety My AI once bought 164 domains without asking. $1,640 gone. Now I have: → Trusted user verification → Financial action gates → Prompt injection defense → Regressions (mistakes become rules) Proactive Behaviors The AI doesn't wait: → Cron jobs for scheduled tasks → Heartbeats for check-ins This is the difference between a tool and an employee. The Stack: → OpenClaw (open source orchestration) → Context files → Skills → Agent squad → Tool integrations → Cron + heartbeats Everyone's sharing AI setup guides. That's a good start. This is what happens when you go 10x further. Not a chatbot. A system that runs while you sleep. Like + comment "setup" and I'll DM you the full template.

mark cuban just laid out the exact playbook for making money with AI agents. pick one vertical. learn the flows. become the AI team they never hired. he's right. but he left out the how. i've been doing this for 3 months. here's what it actually looks like: week 1: i called 12 local businesses and asked one question. "what's the most annoying part of your day?" the pool company: "we lose 11 jobs a week because nobody follows up cancellations." the PT clinic: "insurance verification takes 3 hours every morning." the cleaning company: "we quote in 2 days. our competitor quotes in 2 hours." week 2: i built every single one of those workflows. → pool company cancellation recovery - 6 min → PT clinic insurance verification - 11 min → cleaning company instant quote generator - 7 min → dog groomer appointment + waitlist manager - 9 min → pest control follow-up sequence - 4 min average build time: 7.4 minutes. average close rate when you build it live in front of them: 70%. week 3: $10,750 upfront + $1,200/mo recurring. zero proposals. zero decks. zero "let me get back to you." they watched it work. they paid on the spot. cuban said "you don't need a CS degree or VC money." he's right. you need one question, one tool, and the willingness to build it in front of them. i documented the entire framework in a free PDF: → the 1-question discovery script (word for word) → 6 copy-paste workflow prompts by industry → pricing guide (what to charge per workflow type) → the live demo script that closes 7 out of 10 → full MCP setup walkthrough (5 min install) comment "CUBAN" and i'll send it. consultants charge $15K for a discovery workshop. i just gave you the playbook for free. synta(.)io - describe the workflow in plain english. it builds, deploys, and fixes itself. I charge $25,000+ to build these automations for agencies. Here are the first 10 we install every single time — for free. We've worked with 1,250+ marketing agencies. Our clients have added $500M in annual recurring revenue. Our 20 engineers log over 6,000 hours a month solving exactly one problem: agencies bleeding time on tasks a $20/month tool could handle. Most agency owners want to automate. They just don't know where to start — so they don't start. Meanwhile, their team is burning 20+ hours a week on work that shouldn't require a human. One example: data analysis alone costs the average agency 1 hour per client, per week. Multiply that across 15 clients and you've got two full workdays gone before anyone's opened a brief. I put together a free Doc called The 10 Agency Tasks We Automate First. Each task includes: → What the task is and what it currently replaces → How long the setup actually takes (most are under a session) → The exact tools behind each automation with real pricing ($20–$800/month depending on stack) → Why we use a 30-minute threshold to decide if something's worth automating → A prioritization framework so you know where to start with your specific agency → Entry-level cost breakdown — first five automations can run ~$100/month on tools you likely already have → The 6 tools our engineers rely on across these 10 automations (including the MCP solution we built — the first of its kind for agencies) → A clear view of what 20+ hours of recovered capacity actually looks like across a team You don't need a dev team. You don't need a big budget. You need the right list in the right order. Comment LINK and I'll send it directly. If we're not connected, add me first so it reaches you.

Spent £3K on Meta ads last month. Made $19K back. Every ad was created by Claude code in 30 minutes. I didn't review a single one before launching. Old way: you hire an agency. They do market research, interview you, come up with angles, design creatives. Takes weeks. Costs thousands per month and many hours of your time. New way: you give Claude Code a landing page URL. That's it. Here's what my new skill does: 👉 It extracts your brand identity 👉 It Interviews you 👉 It does customer roleplay where it literally thinks AS your buyer. 👉 Then it reads Reddit for real frustrations. 👉 It Pulls competitor ads. Then Builds a full strategy like an expensive ads consultant would. It comes back with 4 angles, 4 ad sets, 4 creatives each. Apple Notes style, fake iMessage threads, meme ads, comparison tables... all the Smash hit formats of meta ads. Ran it on my friend Tim Soulo Ahrefs product page. It picked up the brand colors, pulled the logo, and went after competitor scoring systems as an attack angle. Zero guidance from me. The creatives aren't all perfect. But the strategy and angles are genuinely good. What's really cool is this system thinks like a media buyer. It does the same research. Reads the same forums. Analyzes the same competitor ads. But it does it in 30 minutes instead of a week. I've been running Meta ads for 10 years. First time I've seen a tool that actually understands the customer instead of just generating generic copy. 👇 Video below for the full breakdown Comment Meta Ads to make a puppy happy 🐾
