Jai Maharashtra to all the principals of schools in Maharashtra, Since April, the education department has been in a state of chaos in Maharashtra. First, it was decided that three languages should be taught from class one in schools following the Maharashtra State Board of Education curriculum, and Marathi, English and Hindi should be made compulsory. This decision was strongly opposed by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, which formed a public opinion. Realising that, the government swiftly found a loophole and said that Hindi would not be compulsory, but if anyone wanted to learn Hindi, that curriculum would be made available. There is no question of making Hindi compulsory. Because Hindi is not the national language. It is a language spoken in some northern provinces, so in a sense it is a state language. In the states where it is spoken, there are many local languages, which are starting to come under the sway of Hindi and there is a fear that the local dialects there will disappear over time. Anyway, it is their decision whether they wish to let their local dialects die or not. It is of no concern to us. But when such a compulsion was forced upon Maharashtra, we raised our voice and will continue to raise it. The government further said that only two languages will be taught from class one. But where is the written order? If one has been published, we haven’t seen it yet. A government good at playing around with documents, will play with this one as well. Then our question is, if the children do not want to learn a third language, then why are textbooks getting printed, as noticed by my Maharashtra Sainiks. This means that the government is planning to impose the language discreetly. Your schools should not cooperate with this. The government’s effort to impose the language on children must be thwarted. This is not only damaging to the children but damaging to the Marathi language as well. The government just blindly follows orders from above, but you need not fall prey to it. And if you are forced by the government, we are here to support. To become well educated, model citizens who can make the nation and Maharashtra proud, you need to know one state language and one world language. Why learn more of them? But we must understand the political motive behind this! The people of the north want to capture a civilized Maharashtra and the easy way to do that is to impose their language directly or indirectly. Do not fall prey to their politics. When the children grow up tomorrow, they can learn any language they want according to their needs, but why burden them from now on? If you stay firm and thwart the government's plans, we will stand behind you like a rock. But if you willingly support the government's hidden agenda by imposing the burden of a language, that is immaterial if they learn it or not, my Maharashtra Sainiks will surely visit you (for discussion). While we are raising this issue with you, we have also sent a similar letter to the government. We have firmly told the government that we need a written letter stating that Hindi language or any third language in general will not be taught. They may or may not issue such a letter, but if your actions support the government's hidden agenda, we will surely consider it as a betrayal of Maharashtra... महाराष्ट्रातील मातांनो, भगिनींनो आणि बांधवांनो, सस्नेह जय महाराष्ट्र ! बॅंकेत मराठीच हवं ह्यासाठी रिझर्व्ह बॅंकेचं पत्रक: आधी हा दुवा पहा. त्याची प्रत काढून घ्या. #16" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">rbi.org.in/commonman/Engl… रिझर्व्ह बॅंकेचं परिपत्रक बॅंकेत मराठीचा वापर करण्यासाठी आपल्या हातात अधिकार देतं. ह्या परिपत्रकात अनेक गोष्टी आहेत. आपण फक्त आपल्या “मराठी” साठी त्यात काय काय आहे ते पाहू. (१) ह्या अधिसूचनेच्या पहिल्याच मुद्द्यात असं म्हटलं आहे की बॅंकेतले सगळे सूचना फलक हे इंग्रजी, हिंदी आणि त्या त्या भागातील स्थानिक भाषेत लावायला हवेत. तसंच ग्रामीण आणि निम-शहरी भागातली पोस्टर्स ही स्थानिक भाषेत म्हणजे मराठीत असली पाहिजेत. आपण हे पहायला हवं की आपण ज्या बॅंकेत जातो तिथला प्रत्येक फलक मराठीत आहे ना? नसेल तर तिथे सांगायला हवं. सांगून फरक पडला नाही तर लेखी द्यायला हवं. तरीही नाही बधले तर स्मरण पत्र द्यायला हवं. तरीही नाही फरक पडला तर रिझर्व्ह बॅंकेकडे तक्रार हाच पर्याय उरतो. ह्याच अधिसूचनेत ग्राहकांनी कशी तक्रार करायची ते ही आहे. त्याच्याबरहुकूम पुढे जा. (२) त्याचप्रमाणे तिथे ज्या पुस्तिका ठेवलेल्या असतात त्या सगळ्या पुस्तिका हिंदी, इंग्रजीत असतीलही परंतु त्या मराठीतही असायला हव्यात. (३) पुढचा भाग अजून महत्वाचा आहे. त्यात म्हटलं आहे की ग्राहकांशी बॅंकेचा संवाद होईल तो हिंदी आणि त्याबरोबरच मराठी मध्येही असायला हवा. इथे इंग्रजीचा उल्लेख नाही.. ही खूप मोठी गोष्ट आहे. बॅंक तर कितीतरी वेळा आपल्याशी संपर्क करते. बॅंकेचा एसएमएस येतो, पत्र येतं किंवा आपण जे ऑनलाईन व्यवहार करतो ते ही खरंतर मराठीत हवे आहेत. ते असतात का? ह्याकडे आपलं लक्ष द्यायला हवं. ४) धनादेश म्हणजे चेक्स लिहिण्यासाठीही रिझर्व्ह बॅंकेनं असं सांगितलं आहे की धनादेश बॅंक छापेल हिंदी आणि इंग्रजी भाषेत परंतु तुम्ही स्थानिक भाषेत म्हणजे मराठीत धनादेश किंवा चेक्स लिहू शकता. जनतेच्या सगळ्या थरात पोचावं म्हणून बॅंकांनी त्यांचं सगळं छापील साहित्य तीन भाषांत करावं अशाही पुढे सूचना आहेत. ह्या अधिसूचनेतील मुद्दा क्रमांक ४.३ ह्यावर बोलतो. खातं उघडण्यासाठी लागणारा अर्ज, पैसे भरणा करण्याचा अर्ज (pay in slip), खाते पुस्तक (पास बुक) अशा सर्व सर्व गोष्टी मराठीत असाव्यात असं हा नियम सांगतो. तुम्ही सर्व परिपत्रक बघा. त्यातल्या त्यात: मुद्दा क्रमांक १.१ (सी), १.१ (ई), १.१ (एफ), ४.३, ५.७.२, ८.३.१ जरूर पहा. मराठी वापरात नाही अशी आपली तक्रार असेल तर ह्या अधिसूचनेतला मुद्दा क्रमांक १६ पहा. ह्यात आपण तक्रार कशी करावी ह्याबाबत सगळी माहिती आहे. परिपत्रक बॅंकेत घेऊन जा. वर दिलेले मुद्दे ठळक करून द्या. त्यांना समजायला बरं पडेल. जय महाराष्ट्र !

माझ्या तमाम महाराष्ट्र सैनिकांना सस्नेह जय महाराष्ट्र, सर्व प्रथम सर्वांना इंग्रजी नवीन वर्षाच्या शुभेच्छा ! कालगणनेत या वर्षाला एक महत्व आहे , कारण या शतकातील, पाव शतक संपायला आलं. माणसाच्या आयुष्यातल्या जवळपास प्रत्येक क्षेत्रांत इतके प्रचंड बदल झालेत की २५ वर्षांपूर्वीच आयुष्य हे वेगळं युग वाटावं. या २५ वर्षांच्या कालखंडात आपला पक्ष, महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना ज्याची स्थापना झाली, तो स्थिरावला, पक्षाने अनेक चढउतार पाहिले. आणि हे सगळं आपल्या सगळ्यांना खूप काही शिकवून गेलं. या २५ वर्षांत जरी खूप बदल झाला असला तरी अनेक गोष्टी तशाच राहिल्यात, मुंबईसारख्या महानगरात जी महाराष्ट्राची राजधानी आहे, तिथे मराठी माणसाला असुरक्षित वाटणं. तरुण मुलामुलींच्या हाताला काम न मिळणे पण त्याच वेळेस बाहेरच्या राज्यातून येणाऱ्यान नोकरीच्या संधी मिळणं. बेरोजगाराला जात नसते, पण त्याला ती जात जाणवून देऊन, जातीजातीत भांडणं लावणं. शेतकऱ्यापासून ते सर्वच कष्टकऱ्यांच आयुष्य महागाईने होरपळून निघणं. आणि या आणि इतर प्रत्येक समस्येच्या वेळेस लोकांना महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेची आठवण होणे, पण नेमकं मतदानाच्या वेळेस पक्षाचा विसर पडणे. पण ठीक आहे, हे स्वीकारून आपण आता काही बदलांसकट पुढे जायला हवं. २३ नोव्हेंबर २०२४ रोजी विधानसभेचे निकाल लागल्यानंतर मी काही सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमात सहभागी झालो, पण मुद्दाम राजकीय भाष्य टाळलं. नक्की काय घडलं यावर माझं मंथन सुरु आहे आणि लवकरच मी या सगळ्यावर सविस्तर बोलेन. पण महाराष्ट्र सैनिकांना माझं आवाहन आहे की जे घडलं ते विसरून जा. निवडणुकांचे निकाल लागल्यानंतर पुढे काही आठवड्यातच मराठी माणसांविरोधात दंडेलशाही सुरु झाली, आणि त्यावेळेस महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेने दणका द्यावा अशी अपेक्षा व्यक्त झाली आणि जे आपण केलं देखील. मुळात मराठी माणूस हा फक्त मतदानासाठी वापरला जातोय हे वास्तव अधोरेखित झालं. त्यात महिलांविरोधात अत्याचार वाढतच आहेत. राज्यातले दोन समाज जे दोन्ही मराठी भाषिक, पण त्यांच्यात संघर्ष पेटला आहे. आणि महागाईने लोकं होरपळली आहेत. असं असताना महाराष्ट्र सैनिकांनी स्वतःच्या मनातील खंत आता बाजूला ठेवली पाहिजे. निवडणुका डोळ्यासमोर ठेवून आपण काहीच करत नाही, त्यामुळे या सगळ्यात आता कृती करण्याची जबाबदारी आपलीच आहे. मी मागे म्हणलं तसं मराठीवर कोणी हल्ला केला तर मराठी म्हणून आणि हिंदू माणसाच्या गळ्याला नख लावलं तर हिंदू म्हणून मी अंगावर येईन, ते आपण करत आहोतच. पण राज्यात महिलांच्यावर जे अत्याचार होत आहेत, त्याच्यासाठी एक संपर्क कक्ष पक्षाच्या कार्यालयात सुरु करा. महिलांच्या तक्रारी नोंदवून घेतल्या जात नसतील तर त्याचा पाठपुरावा करा. आणि तरीही काही घडलं नाही तर हात मोकळे सोडून अत्याचार करणाऱ्या त्या नराधमाना चांगलं फोडून काढा. महागाईने होरपळलेल्याना दिलासा द्यायला हवा, यासाठी साठेबाजी होत नाहीये ना, हे पाहून त्याची सूचना संबंधित खात्याना करा आणि त्याच्या जोडीला शेतकरी आणि ग्राहक यांच्यातील दुवा बनण्याचा प्रयत्न करा. थोडक्यात आपल्या शाखा, कार्यालयं पुन्हा एकदा लोकांसाठी खुली करा. आणि हो, हे सगळं करताना सोशल मीडिया आपल्या कामाच्या प्रचार प्रसारासाठी वापरायचा आहे पण सोशल मीडिया तुम्हाला वापरत नाहीये ना, त्याच्या अधीन जात नाही आहोत ना हे पहा. लवकरच मी सविस्तर बोलेन, त्यात अधिक व्यापक दिशा तुम्हाला देईनच. तोपर्यंत नवीन वर्षासाठी आणि पुन्हा नव्याने कामाला सुरुवात करण्यासाठी शुभेच्छा ! राज ठाकरे ।
