@petite_michelle It is very much longer ago that Quebec was part of France, but Canada recognises French as an official language. Why not do the same.

Removing russian language from the public space in Estonia 1. It helps local russian speakers to learn Estonian. It's been 33 years, guys, c'mon! 2. Gives them a proper reality check that they live in Estonia, not in the Soviet Union or Russia 3. Gives them the opportunity to pick sides—maybe Estonia is not a country for you? 4. Is perfectly legal, as the only national language in Estonia is Estonian.

Don't expect anyone to understand you if you speak any other language, don't address people in public spaces in any other language. Easy, no? (Except Võro <3)
