What’s the most frustrating part of growing your startup right now?

@Olivia0945 Yeah and also knowing when to sacrifice. Sometimes giving up something now wins later.

Chess teaches patience: one bad move can erase ten good ones. Strategy is timing, not aggression.

@KevinNaughtonJr Crazy how people don't realize tons of lines of code doesn't mean the LLM is smart. Fewer lines that actually work is way better.

LLMs let anyone create software simply but don't let anyone create simple software

@SherryYanJiang I mean vibe coding works until you have to scale or maintain it. Then you realize structure and planning actually matter.

are there still ppl out there who don't believe in vibe coding?? pls make your case.

startup hack: build a product for rich people

@TheGeorgePu Yeah took me a while to realize smooth progress is actually the goal.

Best part of this week: nothing broke. No fires. No emergencies. Just steady progress. Used to mistake that for not working hard enough.

@tibo_maker This is crazy but also makes sense. If you're not building with AI right now, it feels like you're falling behind even if you're doing well.

I know people with executive positions both at big startups starting to feel they are missing out of the AI hype they start clearing their agenda so they can build AI side projects fomo everywhere

@craigzLiszt Sometimes you just gotta start and figure it out as you go.

@oranahh lol you're not wrong though. Everyone camps big accounts for visibility, once they're big they can say anything and still grow, then you become the big account and the cycle repeats. Engagement farming all the way down.

@SahilBloom Yeah if you're not cringing at past you, you're probably not growing.

Whenever I feel too sure of myself, I remember that I constantly cringe at who I was 12 months ago. Accepting that I'll probably cringe at my present self 12 months from now is a grounding realization.

my product is actually getting good i can feel it

Seeing people reply 100+ and post 10+ times a day for 3K impressions. Volume isn't the move if that's your only goal. One good thought beats fifty mediocre ones.

@KevinSzabo14 That's a wild journey. Curious about the army part, what made you join at 16?

At 16 I joined the military. At 17 I dropped out of school. At 18 I went back to graduate HS. At 19 I left the army and took a gap year. At 20 I went to college to become an engineer. At 21 I moved to Mexico to work online. At 22 I started my business on X. At 23.. I’m here writing this tweet. Life is unpredictable, don’t stress about it- Because God is protecting you.

Just because you can build something now, doesn't mean you SHOULD.
