Brothers, we’ve entered the last quarter of the year. This is a sacred moment to pause, reflect, and continue to sharpen our axe. Wisdom isn’t just knowledge; it’s the skill to live rightly, love deeply, and lead faithfully. It’s what equips us to finish strong.

I would also like to revisit an idea I proposed many years ago: university graduates who have been unemployed for two years after graduation should have access to funding. We are going to create a fund specifically for these graduates. Fighting corruption should involve you, the people, because you are witnesses to the crime. Therefore, you should ask, for example, "Where is the PDM money that was sent to the parish?" You can wait for the president to intervene, but since you are nearby, why not take the initiative to help trace this money yourself?

Today we are hosting Hon.Minister @Balaam in Agwok,Padwot Subcounty, Nebbi District for an assesement of youth programs and beneficiation like PDM,Emyooga,Youth likelihood and UWEP.

I spent the day in Masindi celebrating International Youth Day with my Bazzukulu. I urged them all to embrace wealth creation and support government programs like the Parish Development Model (PDM) to help our communities get out of poverty. To combat poverty, we must prioritize commercial agriculture with Ekibaro, using successful local farmers like Hon. Fred Byamuka as role models. We are also focusing on the manufacturing and services sectors, particularly in digital technology. Additionally, we are planning to establish an industrial park in Hoima, which will create jobs and economic opportunities for our youth! Finally, I reminded them that the PDM funds belong to them. They should protect these funds and demand accountability.

In our second session, Mr. Patrick Mugenyi CEO, Bethell Group has challenged our class of Next Generational Leaders to pay attention to key global issues such as; shift in world power , national wealth among others. This is to help leaders to have an impact not only locally.

Mr. Boaz Atuheire yesterday took us through Leadership Lessons from the book of Esther! We were able to draw lessons of; courage, concern for others, calmness, respect, patience & willingness to listen . He stated that leaders like Mordecai expose the evils of the world.

On Saturday during our Leadership & governance monthly physical class held at @MakerereLaw auditorium. Prof. Vincent Chidemu Anigbogu challenged young leaders to adopt a vision & a servanthood based leadership style, so as to ably contribute to nation building.
