Hizi fedha za kujenga magereza zaidi, zielekezwe kwenye shughuli za kiuchumi zaidi kwenye ngazi za chini. Bilioni 8 kwa magereza 50 ingeweza kuwa kabisa bilioni 8 kwa viwanda vidogo 50 vya kuongeza thamani kwenye wilaya zetu.
