Not sure if other people saw this, but Biden just changed the rules around student loan forgiveness. Only those loans held by the federal government are now eligible for forgiveness. Look at the language here: studentaid.gov/debt-relief-an…

Here’s the punchline from today’s poverty report. As always, the OPM is useless and deeply problematic. It should be completely ignored.
The SPM is useful and here we see all the benefits of the Biden expanded child tax credit, as well as other expanded social policies.
