While awarding the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously, our President just told a magnificent story.
In late December 1944, during the Battle of the Bulge, Master Sergeant Roddie Edmonds (then 25, from Knoxville, Tennessee, a devout Methodist and non-Jewish Christian) was captured with his unit from the 106th Infantry Division.
As the senior non-commissioned officer (the highest-ranking American NCO in the camp), Edmonds was responsible for the American prisoners.
On the evening of January 26, 1945, the German commandant, Major Siegmann, announced over the camp that the next morning only Jewish-American POWs were to fall out separately for roll call. Recognizing the threat of execution or severe mistreatment, Edmonds immediately understood the danger: separating the roughly 200–300 Jewish soldiers would likely lead to their murder or deportation. That night, he instructed all his men, Jewish and non-Jewish alike, to fall out together. The next morning. No one was to identify himself as Jewish; they would stand as one.
The following morning, January 27, 1945, all approximately 1,200–1,300 American POWs assembled in formation in front of the barracks.
The furious German officer confronted Edmonds, seeing the entire group lined up instead of just the Jews. He demanded: “They cannot all be Jews!”
Edmonds, standing firm, replied calmly and defiantly: “We are all Jews here.”
The officer, enraged, drew his pistol (a Luger in some eyewitness accounts), pressed it to Edmonds’ forehead, and threatened to shoot him on the spot unless he ordered the Jews to step forward and identify themselves.
Edmonds did not flinch, and the Nazi officer backed down. He lowered his weapon, turned, and walked away.
The Germans never again attempted to separate the Jewish POWs in that camp.
This single act of unified defiance and moral courage, supported by every American POW who stood with him, saved the lives of those 200–300 Jewish-American soldiers from almost certain death.
What a timely story and important lesson for all of us.
Don’t know of a story that reflects America more than the story @POTUS just shared.

I’ve read this chapter already and my father is understating how crazy, shocking and inspiring these stories are.
I can’t wait till this book is published so people can get a glimpse of why my father is in fact the Jewish warrior of our generation. Those that know, know. Those that don’t, will learn what it means to actually dedicate a life to what NEVER AGAIN should and always was, meant to mean.

I’ll be coming out soon with some never publicly shared stories about him and the activism/ missions I ran for him in NY back then. Final touches of my book still being worked on but will have a full chapter on him, our relationship, the night he was killed, and the subsequent trial and attempts on my life by the group who were behind his murder. When it comes to the wellbeing of Israel, no president in our history comes close to the friendship, to the kind of alliance that has existed, as with the Trump administration during the first term and now during the second term. It has been remarkable. And that's why it is so perplexing to understand someone like Tucker Carlson using his very, very popular show, promoting anti-Semites, Holocaust deniers, guys who Hitler was a great guy. I think everyone knows and understands what's going on. This is not about deplatforming anybody. Tucker Carlson can have every anti-Semite and every hater in the world on his show. That's fine. But why is he being legitimized by being with our great president? I just don't understand. Pretending we don’t have a Jew hatred problem in our country is traveling down a dangerous road of denial. Today’s blood libels don’t accuse Jews of ritual murder. They accuse us of controlling culture, media, or undermining society. Same hatred—new packaging. Calling this out isn’t divisive; it’s preventative. History demands we speak now.

Tucker has a right to his opinion and full rights to state those opinions.
All have a right to platform him if they want to.
Flip side- I (along with millions of others) have a right to be disgusted by him and the right to state our disgust.
He is disgusting and this has been exposed for all to see.
