@Keir_Starmer A set menu was in 2015 £9 dor 2 dishes, £11 for three dishes. Now in the same restaurant 2 dishes set menu is more than £18 and 3 courses is more than £22. Do we earn that much more??? I think salaries rise around 2% per year! See how much worse off we are by this example.

Loved the Guardian since I first bought a newspaper, many of my most-loved writers, and spent 25 years working with them as an editor at the Observer, but will never forgive trying to flog the Sunday paper while sitting on a £1.3 billion endowment

I spent yesterday evening in hospital with Dad who had chest pains, and the kindness of other patients was overwhelming. One couple gave him snacks they'd just bought; another leaped across the room to hold a door open as I wheeled him out. Such thoughtful gestures stay with you.

@Airbnb @Airbnb_uk yesterday @AirbnbHelp contacted me and said I would be contacted by a member of the team. Still nothing. All I need is an invoice. Trying to solve this since Monday. 3 team members just connected me to somebody else, 4th one didn't respond.

What is happening with @Airbnb ? I booked a flat for my business trip through my company and declared it as business trip when booking. There is no invoice for my company and one CS is transferring me to another. Nobody knows how to get me an invoice. Now 4th person!
