@DilW I’ve been on both sides of this with my parents, cared for my dad at home until the end, and im honoured to have been able to do that. but my mother needs and deserves nursing care. I feel guilty every day that I can’t do the same for her but not all situations are simple.

The pandemic has thought us that we need to rethink the care of our elderly. Is a nursing home the best place for them? In Asia most families have multiple generations living together whilst in the West nursing homes are the norm. Where would you rather be? #pandemicllifelessons

We’re taking our first @Ryanair flight and just learned that if you don’t check in online 2 hours in advance it’s a 30€ fee to check-in: an expensive learning experience. The woman at the counter really seemed to enjoy telling us and chiding us. #traveltips
