@SusieM414141 I am no fan of ebikes as I have said time and time again, but the truck driver is at fault, he is supposed to check the sidewalk for traffic before he makes that turn into the driveway, and he clearly didn't.

This e-bike rider is moving at a very high speed on the sidewalk. As you can see, the truck turns into a parking lot—and that’s where things go wrong. So who had the right of way? In my view, it was the truck, since sidewalks aren’t meant for vehicles moving that fast and the rider should have seen the truck turning in.
