@CityPowerJhb @DannyHoffmann5 So, residents in Aranos complex, Radiokop, have sat without power for 5 days now. Now, there is an outage affecting the whole Block 11. When fixed, Aranos complex will still be without power due to extremely poor service from City Power Joburg

@DannyHoffmann5 Hi team was busy attending to Peter Rd. However, work will be halted due to loadshedding scheduled from 14h00 until 18h30. Block 11 will be loadshed for 4hrs instead of 2hrs.^LP

#Northriding 11kv Substation, New Market Distributor: Tripped on July 10, 2023, on an earth fault affecting parts of Hoogland, Northriding, and Boundary Road. On July 11, 2023, the repairs were finalised; however, to avoid overloading this distributor, the power supply will be restored once the Ring Main Unit (RMU) 00566 distributor restoration processes are completed. The restoration process was in progress before loadshedding at 16h00 and will continue post-loadshedding at 18h30.

#outageUpdate on Northriding * #Houtkoppen Substation Prichard and Bellairs Standby: Tripped due to a cable fault affecting Northriding: Pritchard, Hyperion, Derby, Bellairs, Brushwood, and Olivenhout. Operators managed to restore 50% of the power supply. Although repairs are complete, tests continue to fail. Today, we requested the test branch team to assist with locating the fault, and they are still busy locating. Customers will be updated as and when new information becomes available
