I’ve always believed that if you want a business to last 100 years, you have to be willing to reimagine it every decade. We are in one of those moments at Arvind right now. In textiles, the shift is towards smarter, more automated garment manufacturing, factories that can genuinely compete globally. At Arvind Fashions, we have spent years tightening the portfolio and are now energising the business model by infusing quick supply chains, digital storytelling and artificial intelligence across functions. Arvind SmartSpaces, with over ₹10,000 crore of inventory and a meaningful push into Mumbai, is on its way to becoming one of the group's largest businesses. Through Arvind Advanced Materials Ltd we are building an exciting IP driven business that serves new age sectors like mobility, renewables and defence. And with Anup Engineering, we are serving the energy, hydrogen and petrochemical industries. The group's turnover today is close to ₹20,000 crore across four listed companies. Denim, once 95% of who we were, is now less than 10%. The rest is what 30 years of deliberate reinvention looks like. We turned this belief into action recently by stepping out of the factory and into the winter sunshine at our Santej facility. There, we launched a unique Experiential Training Program for over 150 Shift Supervisors and ER members across our Shirting, Weaving, Dyeing, and Printing departments, led by Dr. B.P. Gupta. Moving beyond traditional classrooms to our open gardens, the participants participated in real-life simulations that tested their problem solving and teamwork in a fun, playful manner, working on essential skills such as collaboration, conflict resolution, and accountability. Through these fun, "inner child" moments, the participants were equipped to become supportive mentors who in turn can empower thousands of colleagues on the shopfloor to collaborate better and work smarter, creating a ripple effect of efficiency and trust across the entire production floor. By focusing on the behavioral growth of our colleagues, Arvind is not just improving individual performance but creating a resilient, collaborative, and highly engaged manufacturing ecosystem. As we navigate 2026, we are dedicated to constantly improve our training methodologies to match our growing ambitions. We will continue to scale these joyful, growth-focused initiatives to ensure every member of the Arvind family has the opportunity to evolve with us.

Conversations touched upon key dimensions influencing export competitiveness, including taxation linkages, incentive mechanisms, and emerging compliance paradigms under the 𝗥𝗼𝗗𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. The dialogue further examined how data-driven insights and greater process transparency can strengthen India’s position within globally harmonized trade structures consistent with World Trade Organization @wto compliant frameworks.
