A tonne of dry leaves and branches may be converted to 267 kgs of biomethane valued at $200. Lawn clippings, tree prunings, and crop wastes can also be converted to methane. 267 tonnes of biomethane may be converted to 133 kgs of green hydrogen. Cheaper than electrolysis.

#Climate deniers - keep telling yourself everything's fine. More than half of the US in drought as extreme heat and persistent lack of rain and snow raise spectre of water shortages and fire risk, scientists forecast the return of El Niño warming cycle. ft.com/content/0467d3…

@AngusTaylorMP Missing the point... Australia does not have a rational population policy. Ask Treasury for a model of Australia's economy with a stable population. Make it as multicultural as possible. That part is irrelevant.

Australia has a non-discriminatory immigration program. We do not discriminate based on nationality, race, gender, or faith. But for an immigration program to work in the national interest it must discriminate based on values. The Coalition is going to proudly put Australian values at the heart of immigration policy. That’s just one part of our broader agenda which will include bringing immigration numbers down to a sustainable level. The Coalition will make the Australian Values Statement a legally binding and enforceable visa condition for all temporary and permanent visa holders. If a visa holder undermines our democratic values, doesn’t respect the law, or demonstrates they don’t respect our core values, they will be booted out of Australia.

This report by Task 43 (Biomass Supply in a Nature Positive Circular Economy) provides an in-depth analysis of First Nations-led #circularbioeconomies in Australia, examining their social, economic, environmental, and cultural impacts. It captures the perspectives of various First Nations groups, emphasising their traditional responsibilities for caring for Country, preserving ancestral knowledge systems, and engaging in sustainable practices that support community wellbeing and environmental health. This First Nations of Australia Circular Bioeconomies Report was developed through a face-to-face consultation process that involved First Nations voices from several different cultural groups that met in a series of workshops. Key findings: - Technology & knowledge systems: Technology supports spiritual growth by integrating different knowledge systems, improving practical application, preserving cultural values, and reshaping power dynamics with colonial institutions. - Funding challenges & economic #sustainability: Grant-based funding is restrictive, often misaligned with organisational needs, and lacks administrative support, leading many First Nations organisations to operate below minimum wage. Moving toward partnerships, sponsorships, and sustainable employment models can reduce reliance on grants and promote economic independence and equity. - Traditional knowledge & trust: There is limited trust in applying Traditional knowledge to Country management activities. Expanding First Nations leadership in practices like cultural burning and traditional harvesting can demonstrate effectiveness, build confidence, and support the development of fee-for-service models. - Connection to Country & wellbeing: Working on and restoring Country is central to First Nations Peoples’ spiritual and cultural wellbeing. It strengthens cultural values, protects sacred sites, enables knowledge transmission, and creates opportunities to educate others, highlighting the importance of First Nations leadership in these activities. IMPORTANT! The catastrophic flaw in low skilled immigration- "to do the jobs Australians won't do" & to suppress wages. Low skilled = low paid = low tax contribution Yet infrastructure support requirements remain fixed per person- but now with a lowering per capita contribution. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU? You pay more for less amid a continually failing economic game of catch up. Mass low skilled immigration means national decline. ********************************************************* “Say NO to a Big Australia!” population.org.au/sign-the-spa-p… #LiveWithinLimits

Only 12% of Australia’s migrant intake is skilled - a massive 88% unskilled Albanese has imported 1.273 million people so far On these figures only 153,000 were skilled and 1,120,000 were unskilled @SustPopAus @Peter_Strachan @martinrev21 macrobusiness.com.au/2025/09/report…

Australians are installing home batteries at two every five minutes right now. Record pace. Nobody's forcing them they've just watched petrol hit $3 a litre and done their own maths. ecogeneration.com.au/battery-rebate…

We built cities that consume energy… & accidentally laid out the blueprint for cities that could produce it. Every car park is a dormant solar farm—already cleared, connected & paid for. Add panels. Flip the switch → grid goes local. Dead asphalt → living infrastructure

~2,500–3,000 TWh/year ≈ 6–8% of global electricity Just from parking lots—if all converted to solar carports. That’s the floor. Real potential is higher. No new land. No trade-offs. Just unused surface → energy. Here’s why this changes everything:👇 evcurvefuturist.com/2026/04/oblite…
