@lostinganglia @bishopkingchi @sola_chad What God actually wants from is fellowship, and it's for our own Good, He is God regardless; but at the end of time it's either you made the choice to be in his presence or not to be.
English

@bishopkingchi @AspiringCodebro @sola_chad Isn’t that indebtedness? “A debt we could never pay off but what i want from you is your devotion”
English

I was asked a question about fishes like Titus, kote and shawa which is better. Here is my take 👇🏽
Titus is actually mackerel
kote is horse mackerel
Shawa is herring
The Titus sardine we eat in Nigeria isn’t actually sardine , Sardine is different plus the fake Titus isn’t actually fake😀(aka Kampala) it’s just a different variety but belongs to the same genus (family) but species differ.
I don’t like classifying foods especially fishes as bad or good because if I give a breakdown of their nutrient profile it defeats the whole purpose.
They’re all a good source of protein, omega 3 fatty acids and micronutrients. Buy the one you can afford and don’t forget crayfish too
☺️.All are good please.
P.S If you have a family history of kidney issues or have Chronic kidney disease see a Qualified healthcare professional for a more tailored advice on how to proceed.

@JuliusC23680344 @g_diets_ Nope. I'm not exchanging with you, sir. Suite yourself and God bless.
English

@AspiringCodebro @g_diets_ When will you eventually realize youre retarded?
English

@bishopkingchi @lostinganglia @sola_chad It's the BLINDNESS the Bible speaks about.
The very thing the Bible is against is what they think it supports. Sad.
English

@lostinganglia @AspiringCodebro @sola_chad You’ve been deceived. The Bible warns against guilt. And no where does the Bible teach indebtedness to God after Jesus sacrifice on our behalf. It’s simply a gift to receive for a debt we could never pay off.
English

@lostinganglia @sola_chad John 10:18 GNT
[18] No one takes my life away from me. I give it up of my own free will.... I have the right to give it up, and I have the right to take it back.....
You're welcome
English

@sola_chad Didn’t God send his son down to be killed so he can forgive humans? A blood sacrifice for his own-self, wouldn’t be the first time he’s been killing sons though. Murderer!

SIN AS SELF-ENTHRONEMENT
Sin is not merely doing wrong things. It is something far deeper and far more dangerous.
Sin is the enthronement of self.
From the beginning, Scripture reveals this pattern clearly. In Eden, man did not simply “make a mistake”, he chose autonomy. He reached for the authority to define reality on his own terms. “Not Your will, but mine.” That is the essence of rebellion.
You see it unfold across the biblical narrative:
Adam seizes moral authority.
Cain defines justice for himself.
The sons of God in Genesis 6 take what they desire without regard for God.
Babel builds a system of human security and identity apart from divine rule.
Sin, therefore, is not just moral failure, it is rival governance. It is man attempting to be god.
GETHSEMANE: THE COLLISION OF WILLS
But then we arrive at Gethsemane.
And everything changes.
In that garden, Jesus stands at the crossroads of all human history. Fully God, yet truly man, He now experiences the weight of human existence, real human will, real human weakness, real human aversion to suffering.
And He says something astonishing:
“Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me…”
That is not rebellion. That is the honest expression of sinless human frailty.
But then comes the decisive line, the line that splits history in two:
“Nevertheless, not my will, but Yours be done.”
THE UNDOING OF EDEN
Where Adam asserted his will against God, Christ surrenders His will to God.
Where humanity grasped autonomy, Jesus embraces obedience.
This is not just a moment of courage. This is the undoing of Eden.
The first Adam said, “My will over God’s.”
The Last Adam says, “God’s will over mine.”
And in that surrender, redemption begins.
This is why Romans 5 presents Christ as the Last Adam. Salvation is not only about forgiveness, it is about the restoration of humanity to proper alignment under God.
Jesus does not merely die for sin; He lives out the obedience we failed to give.
UNION WITH CHRIST: OUR PARTICIPATION IN HIS OBEDIENCE
But here is where it becomes deeply personal.
This is not only something Christ did for us, it is something we are brought into.
Through union with Christ, His life becomes our life.
We are not merely forgiven rebels; we are joined to the obedient Son.
This means the Christian life is not fundamentally about trying harder to obey. It is about participating in the obedience of Christ Himself.
His “Yes” to the Father becomes the pattern (and the power) of our own.
THE HOLY SPIRIT: FROM CONFLICT TO TRANSFORMATION
And this is where the Holy Spirit comes in.
The Spirit does not merely inform you of God’s will. He transforms your relationship to it.
He works within you to:
– expose the impulses of the flesh
– reorient your desires
– empower your will
– and lead you into joyful submission
As Galatians 5 reveals, the tension between flesh and Spirit is real. But the victory of the Christian life is not found in the absence of conflict, it is found in surrender within the conflict.
THE WORD THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
Gethsemane becomes your pattern.
You may feel the pull of self. You may feel the resistance of the flesh. You may even say, “Let this pass.”
But by the Spirit, you learn to say what Christ said:
“Nevertheless…”
That word is the death of rebellion.
That word is the birth of holiness.
That word is where the will of man bows to the will of God, not by coercion, but by transformation.
THE GOAL OF REDEMPTION
In the end, salvation is not just about escaping judgment.
It is about becoming the kind of person who, by the Spirit and in union with Christ, delights to say:
“Not my will, but Yours be done.”

@JuliusC23680344 @g_diets_ Now this is the way to lay an argument, no need to throw insults.
But I'll have you know that the liver doesn't STORE toxins like you think. It metabolizes toxins, sometimes those toxins can temporary accumulate, but ultimately it secretes toxins into bile, which eventually exits
English

@AspiringCodebro @g_diets_ Buddy toxins get stored in the liver, why would it be healthy to eat lmao
English

Your vitamin D supplement is not the same thing as direct sunlight you idiot.
Sunlight hits your skin > cholesterol converts to D3.
UV exposure directly stimulates testosterone synthesis in the testes independent of vitamin D entirely. (sun your balls)
"But let me put my sunscreen on first" (stop being a bitch)
Your body is designed to be outside. not copelementing for being inside.
30 mins of direct sun before noon. no shirt. every day.
English

@BarbieBlazer @Tallowtwins Wow! Never knew the skin is edible too.
Do you boil it, then peel off the skin to eat? Or just eat the potatoes whole (flesh and skin)
English

@Tallowtwins My mom always made us eat the skin when we were kids. She said that where all the good vitamins were. Always thought she was lying just to get us to eat it. As an adult, it’s now my fave part of a potato.
English

Potatoes got villainized for no reason. It’s not the potato, it’s the deep fryer and seed oils.
• one of the most satiating foods you can eat (keeps you full way longer than processed carbs)
• high in potassium
• vitamin C, B6, and fiber when you eat the skin
• supports metabolism + thyroid when paired with enough protein
• easy to digest carb source
A plain roasted potato with butter and salt is closer to “health food” than half the stuff marketed as such.

English

@JuliusC23680344 @g_diets_ He made a very good point, you can as well make yours logically by stating why you think Liver is toxic instead of calling him a retard.
English

@g_diets_ Stop listening to this retard and eating one of the most toxic foods in the world
English

@g_diets_ I always eat dinner by 6pm and if it's heavy, somewhere between 5pm.
> and I don't feel hungry or get "cravings" at night
English

WHAT TIME DID YOU EAT LAST NIGHT?
If the answer is after 8pm, here is what happened while you slept.
Your body entered sleep mode.
But your digestive system was still working.
Your stomach was processing.
Your pancreas was producing insulin.
Your liver was converting.
While you were supposed to be repairing, your body was still dealing with the food you gave it too late.
Overnight repair requires an empty gut.
Growth hormone peaks while you sleep — but only if insulin is low.
If you ate starch at 9pm, your insulin was still elevated at midnight.
Growth hormone could not do its job.
Your muscles did not recover.
Your skin did not regenerate.
Your immune system ran on half power.
One principle: finish eating early enough to give your body the repair window it needs.
That window is not optional.
It is where recovery happens.
You cannot outrun a late plate.
Share this with someone who needs to see it.
And when you are ready to fix this properly and give your body the structure it needs to actually recover, reach out for a well-structured meal plan.

English

@Alpha_Prime__ Also, If you feel any of this: Pray.
For even your mortal body shall be quickened
(Romans 8:11)🙂↕️
English

i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini.
i want to be rich so i can control my time and go to the gym at 3pm on a monday.
sit at a cafe and relax for an hour on a rainy afternoon.
so i can cook meals at home with fresh ingredients. spend on my family and friends without worrying about a budget.
that's my idea of a rich life, not the fake consumerist idea shoved down my throat.
