This is basically what the IDEAL calendar year looks like from a bulk/cut standpoint w/ a mini cut sprinkled in
Blue = Bulking
Red = Cutting
The result:
- 40 weeks of bulking
- 12 weeks of cutting
- Lean for summer
- Surplus all summer/during holidays
