@krassenstein As he should. Iran is more of a missile threat to Europe than anywhere else. It’s somewhat e astounding that liberals keep defending Iran.

@AdamKinzinger No, Iran’s floated deal, never actually submitted to the UN, or White House, would have been a surrender. You are always wrong, and you look like hell. Being a liberal does that do you.

BREAKING: Republicans are investigating Jack Smith, but ignoring what he found. New bombshell reporting from MSNow: • Smith uncovered evidence Trump took top-secret docs tied to his business interests • Investigators saw this as a possible motive for keeping them • Trump allegedly showed a classified map on a private plane • Took documents so sensitive only 6 people in the U.S. could access them • Hundreds of classified records found at Mar-a-Lago after subpoenas • Grand jury indicted Trump on 37 counts Instead of digging into THIS… • Republicans are targeting the investigator, not the evidence • DOJ blocked release of key findings • Trump allies pushing probes into Smith himself Republicans are chasing the messenger, not the message or the crime.

So we have a TSA employee clearly doing their job while an ICE agent hovers over their shoulder trying to be intimidating? How is this productive?

@NotAvgLiberal gets the facts wrong. The incident captured in the viral video from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) on Sunday night, March 22, 2026, involved ICE agents arresting Angelina Lopez-Jimenez, a Guatemalan national illegally present in the U.S., along with her daughter Wendy Godinez-Lopez). According to the official Department of Homeland Security (DHS) statement, the pair had an outstanding final order of removal issued by an immigration judge back in 2019. This made them subject to deportation to Guatemala as illegal aliens with no legal right to remain in the country. While being escorted by ICE agents to the international terminal for processing and removal, Lopez-Jimenez attempted to flee and actively resisted law enforcement officers. This resistance necessitated physical restraint, including being taken to the ground, handcuffed, and eventually wheeled away—actions that occurred in response to her non-compliance during a lawful deportation enforcement operation. The young daughter was present and became visibly upset (crying in the footage), but the arrest was not random or targeted at U.S. citizens; it stemmed directly from the pre-existing deportation order. Claims circulating on social media (including from some witnesses and critics like Rep. Jim McGovern) that the woman was a U.S. citizen who was "kidnapped" or unable to prove citizenship appear to be unsubstantiated and contradicted by DHS/ICE identification and reporting from multiple outlets (e.g., ABC7, KTVU, Sacramento Bee, SF Chronicle, and others). This specific enforcement action was unrelated to the broader ICE deployment to airports that began the following day (amid TSA staffing shortages during a partial government shutdown). It was a targeted operation based on the long-standing removal order, not part of any new policy rollout. An illegal immigrant with a years-old deportation order resisted arrest during her removal process at the airport, leading to the forceful but necessary intervention shown in the video. The focus on "secret police" or citizen kidnapping overlooks the core facts of her immigration status and non-cooperation.
Not Your Average Liberal@NotAvgLiberal

So ICE has begun detaining people at Airports. Fuck Trump, Fuck ICE, And Fuck Everyone who voted for this shit.

ICE is already at our airports. Bringing heartbreaking scenes like this to an already chaotic environment. And now Tom Homan and Donald Trump want them at every airport across America.

ICE is not at airports to help TSA and reduce lines. They are there (without identification) trying to arrest people, exactly as I predicted. ICE must be abolished.

The shocking video of a mother being wrestled to the ground by ICE agents as her daughter cries in terror is precisely why deploying that rogue agency to airports is a bad idea. Get ICE out of airports, get them out of California, and abolish them. ktvu.com/news/ice-agent…

@TheJFreakinC TSA agents are not law enforcement officers, they are not armed, and their training does not equate to that of highly trained law enforcement. Their responsibilities are specific to the TSA and unrelated to law enforcement.

TSA agents make $35–$40K a year. ICE agents make $65–$100K+. So, instead of just paying TSA, the Trump administration decided to send ICE agents to international airports… to wander around terminals. Further proving this isn’t about reducing TSA lines… And another reason we need to defund DHS and move TSA under the Department of Transportation. It’s not a war, but rather an operation. However, Iran has considered itself at war with America for over 47 years. The left portrays itself as Iranian Regime sympathizers, disregarding Iran’s nuclear bomb capabilities. This should concern every American, regardless of party affiliation.

Partly false and misleading: The post from the Governor Newsom Press Office (shared widely on X) highlights a real event from Donald Trump's first term: In December 2020, Trump commuted (not fully pardoned) the 20-year prison sentence of Philip Esformes, a Florida nursing home executive convicted in 2019 of orchestrating what the U.S. Department of Justice called the largest health care fraud scheme ever prosecuted at the time. - The commutation freed Esformes after serving about 14 months (he was released immediately). - It did not erase the conviction or related financial penalties entirely, though broader analyses (e.g., from House Judiciary Democrats and California state sources) claim Trump's clemency actions across his terms have wiped out or voided over $1.3 billion (sometimes cited up to nearly $2 billion including forfeitures/fines) in court-ordered restitution and penalties owed to victims and taxpayers in various fraud cases. As for @nickshirleyy, known for videos exposing alleged welfare, Medicaid, and immigrant-related fraud cases, often in states like Minnesota and California): No, there's no indication he cares about or has commented on the Esformes case/Trump's 2020 commutation. Shirley's content focuses heavily on current fraud allegations (e.g., in welfare programs, daycare scams, or immigrant-related abuse of benefits), often aligning with conservative critiques and calling for crackdowns. The Newsom post appears to be sarcastic/pointed political messaging—implying hypocrisy since Shirley pushes anti-fraud narratives but hasn't targeted this example of Trump clemency for a major fraudster. In short: - The core fact about Trump commuting Esformes' sentence for the $1.3B fraud scheme is **true**. - The jab at Nick Shirley is rhetorical snark from a Democratic source (Newsom's office), highlighting perceived selective outrage on fraud depending on who's involved. Shirley hasn't publicly addressed this specific case based on available info.
