@Timheming Similar question for any PTO contracted athlete on why they’d pull off the start list early, rather than last minute to try and block others from entering high points races. Currently nothing preventing it.

Poses question: Why don’t all pros just enter everything then? Because other than respect for fellow pros, there is no current deterrent. Ironman acknowledged this and say they could consider something like the pro license only covering a limited number of races, for example.

Arguably, harder now given the amount of $20k+ races available in the US compared to previous years, and from past research that was “easiest” way

But it appears IM is no longer using USADA for their testing in the US and likely using another agency to test. usada.org/news/athlete-t…

Triathletes are quick to pile on @IRONMANtri when they do something dodgy, so we should also give praise when it's due. They deserve all the credit for busting Chartier. It was their 3rd party agency carrying out what looks to be a targeted test. Big win for @IMAntiDoping

@carolinebikes Pending when you are going, we found doing water parks mid day to early afternoon with a late lunch/nap/chill period followed by parks from early evening to close the best way to beat the heat and keep everyone happy.

@myQConnect @Tesla @elonmusk have you guys lost your minds? Charging an annual subscription to have a “smart” integration w/ garage door. This is absurd considering HomeLink has been around since 1997. Its one of the key features Tesla is missing, built in garage door opener.
