I see this mistake all the time. People chase other #altcoins when they’re already flying, so they sell their original position to jump in on hype coins. Then, almost every time, the coin they sold finally takes off, and now they’re stuck watching it pump without them. This is how most people lose in crypto. Not because they picked bad coins, but because they can’t sit still. Chasing green candles feels productive, but it often means you’re late already. By the time something is flying, the easy money has already been made. Meanwhile, the coin you sold was still in accumulation, waiting for its turn. If you have conviction for a coin, sit on it. Your patient will be rewarded. Make sure you’ve done hours of research already. If your original thesis hasn’t changed, dev still building, community still strong, narrative still valid, selling just to chase another pump is usually the worst decision you can make. Most people don’t miss gains because they weren’t smart enough. They miss them because they jumped ship too early.
