We’re doing a walk through with a potential buyer of our $8M apt complex. In one apt, there’s a large rubber sex toy on the floor, the broker is horrified. The buyer, an old grizzled RE veteran, kicks it away and it bounced end over end like a football into the bathroom. Next apartment opens, a different sex toy visible. The sale did not go well.
