I always felt queazy about so-called “credit tenant” loans getting such unrealistically high ratings (e.g., Bed, Bath & Beyond, Macy’s, etc.), and made some CMBS folks feel very uncomfortable with my comments.

Sold for $157M in 2018. Was 98.7% leased that year.
The property was about 77% occupied before this lease nonrenewal.
