Our staff has been making thank you visits to @PhilaParkandRec sites that are Virtual Access Centers. We stopped by to thank Oktavia and her staff at Athletic Rec in #Brewerytown while making the rounds of @PHLCouncil President @Darrell_Clarke's District 5.
