Today is the 132th foundation day of PNB .the first swadeshi bank of our country started working this day in 1895 and it has been a great journey since then .today it is about 30 lakh cr business bank with 10250 plus branches serving 18 cr plus customers through its 1.03 lakh plus employees generating annual profit of more than 20000 cr . On this day all of us take the pledge to continue serving our esteemed customers with enhanced world class services with the help of ever changing technology . ये प्रियंका का वीडियो है. अब इस वीडियो की कहानी पढ़ लीजिए 👇 11 साल पहले प्रियंका की शादी देवकृष्ण से हुई. दोनों नाबालिग थे. प्रियंका कुछ साल मायके रही, फिर ससुराल जाना हुआ. इस बीच प्रियंका को कमलेश से प्यार हो गया था. अब उसका मन ससुराल में नहीं लगता. देवकृष्ण के साथ वो रहना नहीं चाहती थी, इसलिए बार-बार मायके चली जाती. देवकृष्ण को ये अजीब लगता. उसने खोजबीन की तो प्रियंका के प्रेमी कमलेश के बारे में पता चला. इसके बाद देवकृष्ण अपनी पत्नी पर रोकटोक करने लगा. प्रियंका को ये पसंद ना आता. जब रोकटोक ज्यादा बढ़ी तो प्रियंका और कमलेश ने देवकृष्ण को मार देने का प्लान बनाया. सुरेंद्र नाम के आदमी को 1 लाख रुपए दिए गए. इसके बाद प्रियंका 10 दिन पहले ससुराल पहुंची और वहां रहने लगी. एक रात को सुरेंद्र और कमलेश को घर में घुसा दिया. दोनों ने अंदर घुसते ही देवकृष्ण की चाकू से हत्या कर दी. इसके बाद घर में सामान बिखेर दिया गया और लूट जैसा सीन बनाया गया. प्रियंका को दूसरे कमरे में बांध दिया गया ताकि लूट असली लग सके. इसके बाद दोनों निकल गए और कुछ देर बाद प्रियंका चिल्लाने लगी. इस वीडियो में प्रियंका रोने का नाटक कर रही है, लूट और हत्या की कहानी बना रही है. पुलिस ने प्रियंका और उसके प्रेमी कमलेश को पकड़ लिया है. 📍धार, मध्य प्रदेश

🚨 UFBU Enough of Meetings Now Show Courage or Step Aside → A virtual meeting is held. → Discussions happen. → Statements are issued. → And then nothing changes. Once again, we are told that even after the strike, there is “no development” on #5daysbanking. The question is not about the government anymore, the real question is about the intent and courage of leadership. For decades, whatever bankers have achieved, be it rights, wages, or dignity, has never come from “meeting after meeting.” It has come from struggle, unity, and sustained agitation. So why this repetitive cycle? → Weekly meetings → Badge programs → Symbolic protests → And then… silence This approach has already failed. Repeating it will not bring different results. If leadership is serious about securing #5daybanking, then it must move beyond tokenism and take decisive, time bound action: → One-day strike is already done → Next step should be a 3-day strike → Then a week-long strike → And if required, prepare for an indefinite strike That is how pressure is built. That is how systems respond. Bankers are ready. The frustration is real. The support will come but only if leadership shows conviction. The real question today is simple: Will the leadership lead from the front with courage, or continue hiding behind endless discussions? 🔥 PLI = Performance or Punishment? The Transfer Terror Begins! Bulk transfers (1000+) in PNB have raised serious concerns across the banking community. → Scale IV and above officers transferred in bulk → Thousands sent 1000–2000 km away from home → Families disrupted, lives uprooted overnight And what are bankers saying? ❗️THIS IS JUST The TRAILER ❗️ Because once #PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) fully kicks in, this could become a dangerous trend: → Transfers used as a performance pressure tool → Senior officers chasing targets to secure incentives → Juniors (Scale I-III) becoming soft targets of forced pressure → “Perform or perish” culture turning into “perform or be transferred” Today it’s Scale IV and above. Tomorrow, it could be Scale-I officers, the backbone of banking operations. Imagine this: A young officer joins with dreams… But ends up facing: → Forced targets → Mental pressure → Sudden transfers as punishment Is this banking reform… or institutional harassment? If PLI becomes a tool for control rather than motivation, then it won’t drive performance even it will destroy morale. While Bankers deserve: Stability, Fair evaluation and Humane transfer policies Not fear-driven management. @pnbindia
