@AnythingArs_ Any professional player worth his salt will never want to rest. They want to play even when they’re carrying niggles. They sometimes tell the medical staff and coaches that they’re fine just to play. How is Mikel to blame when the player trains well and says he’s fit?

This is now getting out of hand. If this continues I think it will have a bad impact on Declan Rice's career. We may end up losing him to injuries next season the way Mikel Arteta over-used Bukayo Saka, Martin Odergaard and Ben White and you saw how they missed games last season. Right now in the situation Declan Rice is in I don't think Thomas Tuchel can risk not playing him and this should send a message to Mikel Arteta to buy Bruno Guimaraes because I don't think Declan Rice will play the 50+ games next season even if not injured because he will need to be rested. I don't want to imagine Arsenal next season without Declan Rice in important games because if you watched our games last season you noticed that he was the most important player in the midfield. Our midfield struggled in some games but he always showed up and tried to push the rest. Signing Bruno Guimaraes should be the first priority for Arsenal before going for the other players because I think without Declan Rice he can provide at least what Rice was giving the team. We need a left winger and a creative midfielder but I think all will not work if we don't have good midfielders.

Arsenal fans, who should be blamed for David Raya's situation? Just imagine the World Cup ends, Spain win the trophy, but without the contribution of David Raya. Why am I saying this? Because if he was not given a chance to play in the group stage, I do not think he will be given a chance in the knockout stage. To me, I think Mikel Arteta is the person to blame. After Arsenal failed to win the Champions League, maybe the Spain manager thought the praise around David Raya was just media hype from England to make him Spain's number one.
