$0-$1m with eCom - Day 189 new ad format test CRUSHED it, completely took over spend - lets see how it continues over the next few days every CBO i launched it on - it took over spend and increased ROAS like a mofo my balls are tingling so im doubling budgets across the CBOs lets see what happens talking to creators & slowly starting to ship out my product to them (selling them on the vision, making them qualify why they want to be a part of it, product seeding) & ordered samples to my house also started doing product research to add more SKUs to the store cya tomorrow!

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 128 - quick lesson i just realized that this entire time i completely missed the mark on the true reason people buy my product and my entire messaging in the LP was incongruent with the actual emotional reason they buy, and also incongruent with my top spenders i need to prove it first before talking via AB testing a completely new PDP Which i started working on - but either way, this is a lesson on using your brain and actually understanding who your customer is, without blindly following what AI does because in this specific scenario my entire research that was powered by AI was based on a specific angle / comparison to a different solution - that WASNT EVEN THE MAIN DRIVER/EMOTIONAL REASON TO PURCHASE and i went with it, because i didnt use my brain and it sounded right USE YOUR BRAIN, DONT BLINDLY TRUST AI (even though its super good lol, but it can LATCH into a specific concept/direction of thinking), and that entire concept might be wrong/not effective enough) but yeah lets talk after i actually improve my CVR by actually having a good congruent PDP working on it now, going to finish tomorrow and launch an AB test. would be funny if it converts worse, but lets see cya tomorrow!

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 121 day 5 of new product test super grateful for all of you showing support, appreciate each and every one of you who's reading/commenting editor finished with the 3 scripts I wrote, scheduling them for tomorrow also designed new static ads and added them into the statics cbo super excited to dive deep into research and start cranking out quality ads, i need proper quality that's going to help me sustain this margin at scale tomorrow will be focused on research and writing more scripts cya!
