@sabelo_stz I think so too,but not because the current ones are incompetent,they are great...but because I feel like the judge is more lenient to whites,he hears them,he respects them,he regard them highly,we have heard him say stuff that confirms that,he even had to apologise.

This case would have been solved long time ago if it were all white defence lawyers,....in 2026,... it's crazy I'm even saying this #SenzoMeyiwaTrial

Makhimba is serving 2 life terms for killing taxi owner Dlame. He also is incarcerated for possession of an unlicensed firearm, ammunition & attempted murder. He has also been linked to further murders & is currently attending trial EMadadeni. Not only is a dangerous criminal that has denied loved 1s their fathers, he is an openly hostile witness. Yet in your head Ratha a judge who is serving no crime for having murdered any1 is the criminal. Kanjani🙇🏽‍♂️

The judge was so adamant to adjourn, didn't want to hear the defence , didn't even want to hear the witness, or even give him a warning before making a ruling,we have seen state witnesses refusing to answer questions,the judge was never this dramatic. #SenzoMeyiwatrial

@somkheleomkhulu I hear you,but it's court procedure that a statement needs to be proven first, before it admitted,if the witness says I didn't write this part of the statement therefore I can't comment,the state should prove that indeed the witness wrote the statement.

@Ben_Mthi The witness has every right to respond or not, to any khweshin that falls out of their signed statement. Stop trying to compare apples with bananas. Makhimba refused to confirm stuff in his own testimony that he knows Muzi.

@Ben_Mthi This trial is unfair to the accused. Ratha is biased. Qenelisani is threatened with prison time for refused to answe questions to add-on information on statement while state witness we must make progress. Ratha is a fake judge.

Sizwe Zungu was asked to bring notes, he never provided it. That was acceptable, Gininda and his team were asked to bring AVL, OB and many more things but no one was told they will be arrested. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial

@JM_Moyana That's why the Dr says Qiniselani was never charged and the investigators visited him only once, they're trying to cover up.

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial quick question, why must the investigation team ask Qiniselani to write a statement confirming that he was in jail after they have verified that indeed he was in jail? Surely the prison documents should be enough proof, unless they wanted his signature to cook.
