@bestwestern @emirates €220 was stolen from my wallet during a hotel stay in Dubai arranged after a delayed flight.
No response from the hotel so far.
Also experienced long wait, poor room condition, and no transfer back to airport.
I expect urgent action on this matter.

Pretty sad when @bestwestern still hasn’t responded to my review that I left in January.. AND especially after they had told me I’d get some sort of compensation for the not so great experience.

I have a reservation at a @bestwestern in April made through the @AmericanExpress portal with my AMEX Platinum. I just received a text through @WhatsApp, which was my first red flag. Saying I need to confirm my reservation as it was on a temporary hold, another red flag. I called Best Western and was told I was the third call she received today about this. It's a scam and it looks very real. My rule is anytime I get a request from a business, I will to call the business directly with a number from an email I got in the past or their official website. I am curious how they got my reservation information.

@bestwestern ...Why do you offer gift cards if none of the hotels can redeem them? I spent the nite at 2 different locations, and neither of the locations could apply/use my gift cards towards my nite stay! So much for trying to save some money!!

What's happend in my room? I have mentioned hotel it , but yesterday afternoon,during12.00_15.00 in Melbourne BW city hotel, someone sneak in my room4 hours,switched off my camera deleted record file, all my luggage polutioned, i want talk with their manager, WFK Allmost staff absent today ,manager is 'sickness ',can't reached, how can I solve this? Anyone else had trouble getting their holding deposit refunded by @bestwestern hotel? Stayed in Best Western hotel, Nashville. They took a card deposit, which was refundable within 5 days of checkout. Checkout was on 25th February. Still no refund in spite of chasing. Not happy!

I get one caregiver break a year. I plan meticulously. I budget. I do a funding drive. This year, @bestwestern Hotels decides to screw my vacation up. Multiple receipts for prepaid "buy now and save" non refundable reservation... No room. Yeah. Happy Vacay!

@bestwestern Here is the invoice copy the refundable breakage deposit was more than the stay charges. I have also asked the same at reception during the checkout they ensured me i will get within 2 days. However, till date I haven't received the same.

@bestwestern My booking was made under my name for 3 nights b&b through no fault of mine we couldn’t complete the work we went to do and have to return on the 7th April for 2 nights I was told I couldn’t transfer my booking and as a small business I can not afford to loose that money

@bestwestern absolutely appalled with your customer service, booked 3 nights for work unfortunately couldn’t complete so haven’t return in April, only stayed 1 night asked if they could transfer the other 2 nights told, absolutely NOT I’m a small business !!!!😡
