The ultrasound tech for my appointment this morning at the imaging clinic had me do quite a few "now take a deep breath and hold... Okay, breathe out" cues this morning. It makes me wonder if I really needed my regular meditation session today 😌 (of course I did!)

I didn't realize how harshly my depression was hitting until the idea of doing something I loved (making music) made me feel anxious. I didn't want to do it anymore. Currently, I still don't. That's so hard to admit. I don't know when I'll come back from this.

@shannonwoodward I had just moved in a week prior, got alllll unpacked and everything. Then out of the blue, he breaks up with me and says he doesn't love me anymore. I asked him why he didn't say anything sooner, like, before I boxed up all my stuff. He did share his doubts. Just not with me!🤡
