I've always loved richly flavored foods. I was drawn to a career in foodservice because of that love of food, and the way food brings people together. Then I moved to China. Then visited and lived in Indonesia and Malaysia. I made trips to Korea and Singapore. I had friends from around the globe who introduced me to their culture's food. I was exposed to new flavors. I experienced familiar ingredients used in different ways. It was so much fun. And it stuck with me when I came back home. Every blend in the ENAK Seasonings lineup has a story. A personal story. These blends are based on my real life experiences. Even the Taco seasoning - because when I moved to Asia there were no Mexican restaurants, no taco seasoning packets in the grocery store, and no tortillas. This is why I say ENAK Seasonings is a story you can taste. I didn't decide to create a business and chase after what flavors were trending in food. I lived a life, and chose to share that story in flavor.

Update: I had the meeting with the school. This little anchor baby spawn has been harassing my daughter for weeks now. They didn't tell me a damn thing about it. All of this started because my daughter wouldn't be his boyfriend after several advances. I asked them why in TF (in those exact words) I was just hearing about it now. She gave me some BS script about the safety of the kids, and I was like "Well, what about MY kid's safety?" I asked them if they were capable of doing their jobs correctly, or did I actually need to yank my child out of their BS school. Then I showed them the X post from yesterday. Sheer panic came across this woman's face. She knew instantly I wasn't going to back down or be talked down. I told them how disgusted I was. I did NOT hold back. Then in comes the mother of the other kid. She doesn't speak a lick of English. I speak fairly decent Spanish, so I told her bluntly and as cold blooded as I possibly could that if her kid ever puts his dirty little hands on my daughter again, there would be hell to pay. She just kept telling me "I'm sorry" over and over. Too late for that BS. I refused to hear it. I told them I was going to get my daughter right then and there. I marched to her classroom, and brought her home with me, and took her to lunch. Next step is finding a decent private school. I'm not going to have her going through this because some anchor baby who shouldn't even be here in the first place can't control her offspring. Not happening to my child. NOT. EVER.
