Come visit our booth and add a leaf to our tree! You can draw a bird, name a way to help birds, or list a reason why birds matter.

Please note this event is meant only for exchanging species that are native to London/southwestern Ontario (and benefit indigenous wildlife and insects here) 🐛

In the meantime, as your plants produce seeds or extra growth, please collect and save whatever you wish to share with others. We recommend that all plant and seed containers should be labelled with the species name. Make sure seeds can breathe while they dry out to prevent mould

If you grow native plants at home, we’ve got a request for you: please save your seeds! 🫙🪴 We will be holding our third annual native plant and seed swap event this fall on Saturday October 5.

I saw my first Northern Waterthrush of the season at Westminster Ponds this morning. Great birds there. And lots of mud on the paths. Wear boots. :-)
